“Peace with God” or “Peace of God” that is the question!
In this life peace is very illusive. One minute one has it and the next it is gone! Is it possible to have peace no matter what circumstances one finds oneself in? Since most of us operate on a “I feel good today basis” and therefore peaceful, we hope against all odds that the bottom of our world is not going to fall out in the next couple of minutes or hours and “l (we are peaceful) and the next moment our world seems to collapse in on itself (no peace). How can this be? Listen there is hope and this week Dr Des is going to explain to you that there is a ‘peace that surpasses our understanding’ and it is available in the here and now, today! So let’s go and get a glimpse of the peace that we so desperately need to get us through our daily living.

Tithes + offerings = God’s Protection. But, alms + poor = God’s Multiplication
The above equation is really how the God of the Bible works. If we are obedient to give our tithes and offerings, as He says in Malachi 3:8-12, He says He will protect our source of supply and keep the devourer from us, that is, we have His protection on all that we have been blessed with. But did you know that when you take of your sustenance and generously give to the poor you will be loaning to God (Proverbs 19:17) and oh the interest (paraphrased)!! Over the past couple of weeks Dr. Des has been doing a series on giving and when he teaches it is from his experiences.
He is not talking about “pie in the sky” but the reality of his giving and the examples the Holy Spirit has taught him. This week he is going to share two examples of what happened in his life which will be a way you too can glean from his experiences and apply it to your life. When Jesus says that a person has ‘good eyes’ what does he mean? Enough said, let’s go and see this weeks posting. . . . .

Now that you are tithing don’t forget you need to give offerings too!
In Malachi 3:8 we see that God says that we need to “Test” Him. This is the only place in the Bible where God gives you His permission to do just that. Maybe you are perplexed at this statement coming from God of Heaven and Earth and you maybe asking yourself “How do I test Him?” You would do that by firstly believing that He is going to bless you when you do what He says and secondly, you will be taking your finances putting God to the test that He will honor His Word to you who believe. You will find in this section of Scripture that it is not only tithing that he says you must do but also offerings and this word is plural since it has to do with more than one. We find in 1 Cor. that Paul is instructing the believers to give “Thanksgiving Offerings” and in Deut. we also find that there are another type of offering to give and that is Alms to the poor. In this weeks posting Dr.

Tithing is under the Law we don’t do that anymore, really?
In this posting we are dealing with finances, namely how God provides for His work here on earth.
We will discover some facts about the “Tithe”, and get a better understanding of this word and it’s meaning. We will also discover its inception and how it applies to our lives today, even after thousands of years have passed. Giving God first place in your lives
Many of us wonder why it is necessary to give of our finances to the work of God. To the Church, para-church organizations, missions etc. Some of us even have a difficulty with going to church or watching a Christian TV program because “they are always asking for money!”
Dr. Des will tell you the reasons why you Moneygram fees should give and how to enjoy giving and being a blessing to others even outside the church. You will understand fully that it is not only the church that requires one to give but even the other religions require this practice.

Your life will tell the story
Since Dr. Des has been discovering one’s citizenship, he has come to discover many Biblical truths hidden in daily life. In this posting Dr. Des’ thoughts are going to orientate around characteristics which clearly “tell” which country a person is from. For instance, one’s accent; how one dresses; even the food one eats. These are “telling” signs. So it is in the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness.
The Bible will clearly lay it out for you as Dr. Des motivates you to be a better citizen of the Kingdom of God. Let’s hear what he has to say in this posting. . . .

Fellowcitizens, what does that mean?
In this weeks posting Dr. Des is going to explain how becoming a citizen of the US is so applicable to the Biblical truths which state we are “no longer foreigners or aliens . . . ” (Eph. 2:19), but citizens of the Kingdom
of God. He will also explain the insights one gathers. from going through this process himself. That is changing from a foreinger to a legal citizen, now having all the rights and privileges citizens enjoy. This will help you understand that the process God uses for us to become citizens of His Kingdom is light years ahead of any earthly nation. And, the Rights & Priviledges one enjoys is all in the Manual He has provided us with, namely: The Bible.

God’s antidote for you spiritual disease you discovered you had in the last posting.
Dr. Des in this posting will explain what the Bible says about how God in His infinite wisdom has solved the crises each one of us face when we discover our spiritual condition in light of His Word. His Word says He would rather that you choose “blessing” instead of “cursing” or “life” in stead of “Death”, (Deuteronomy 31: 19 - 20), and the wonderful thing about the God of the Bible is that He lets you make the choice. He is the God of LIFE and Dr.
Des’ hope is that you too will choose that and he will show you how to do that now. So without further ado please enjoy the posting and make the right decision!

God has this to say about your spiritual health.
Dr. Des’ post will take the results of one’s condition as God has declared it and examine it against the Almighty. God clearly wants us to have a clean bill of health, but, He declares that all sin will not go unpunished!
And, now that we have compared our lives in light of the Scriptures, we have come to the conclusion that an antidote is needed otherwise we are going to die because of our disease and be separated from God for all eternity. How do we solve this problem?

Your spiritual health check.
Dr. Des takes the diagnostic and compares it to what the Scriptures say about the human condition of every person. The Scriptures point out that the human condition is hopeless and in need of an antidote. Is there one? Dr. Des will over the next couple of weeks let you discover that there is one.
And, that this antidote is for each person who will believe that the medicine will cure them and give them access to Heaven ~ beyond any shadow of a doubt.
